As most of you will know, I’m a bit of a car nut (yes, I willingly except the penis extension and insecurity implications of such an admission but, well, I still love it!!!).
I try to drive over to Europe as often as possible – the roads are better, the congestion far far less and the speed cops not nearly as switched on as me.
Last year Tarry and me enjoyed a four day trip in Asty through France, Belgium and Holland before returning by Eurostar. It was an amazing trip, particularly because for the first time I wasn’t stranded by the roadside with steam billowing out of a broken radiator in my TVR.
This year we’re being a bit more ambitious, spending a week travelling from Calais to Honfleur, Limoges, Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Lake Como, Dijon – anyway, you get the idea – you can see the map here.
Really looking forward to it and hoping Tarry loves southern France as much as I do!!
